Our beginners Muay Thai program in Flowood focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai kickboxing. This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows, and the defenses to these techniques. Sessions also include pad work, bag work, and conditioning drills to develop the basic fitness required for Muay Thai.

When our instructors believe you are ready, lite sparring is included in our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes. By focusing on correct technique in controlled sparring sessions, you are able to safely test your developing skills. Each student wears protective equipment and is supervised by instructors.
